Regal Rexnord is seeking a Division Integration Controller within the Industrial Powertrain Solutions Segment. The Division Integration Controller position functions primarily as a business partner to the Division Integration team but is also required to be hands-on and highly interactive with the Integration Management Office (“IMO”). This hybrid position will be based in Monterrey. The position reports directly to the Division FP&A Manager and provides dotted line support to the Division Integration Leader and IMO.
Job Requirements
Capabilities and Success Factors
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA and/or CPA a plus
• At least 6 years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Previous Controller experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Previous FP&A experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
• Previous public accounting and internal audit experience a plus
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Accurate, Detailed and Results oriented
