We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. We would like to hear from you if you have a passion for talent acquisition.
Duties
- Actively find new customers and new business strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
- Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate qualifications
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Qualifications
- Having direct sales, or business development experience in Canada is an asset
- 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment cycle in Canada is an asset
- You find purpose in helping people and companies succeed.
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
- Strong team-oriented working style
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a commission structure with unlimited earning potential. We recognize and reward hard work and dedication. The starting salary is $36,000+, potentially earning $60,000 or more in the first year. There are opportunities for significant advancement.
