This is a position for an Employee Service Specialist in a dynamic organization. As an Employee Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and support to employees within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement by addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee inquiries and requests related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and explaining company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR team members to implement employee engagement initiatives and programs.

Requirements:
