Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a shift in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and supervise a team of employees, ensure quality service, and maintain a positive working environment.

Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise assigned teams during their shifts to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned utilities systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot, resolve minor issues, and escalate critical situations according to established protocols.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate activities with other teams and departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
• Respond to emergencies and unplanned events in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of all plant operations and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and submit reports to management as required.
• Budget and control expenses for the utility plant.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in utility management.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience or more in the utilities industry, preferably in operations, maintenance, or customer service. Supervisory experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of the specific utility they are applying to (e.g., water, power, gas) and its regulations is highly beneficial.
• Understanding of utility systems, equipment, and processes is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field like engineering, technology, or business administration is preferred
