Design Management Project Manager
Jasara Program Management Company is seeking an experienced Design Management Project Manager to lead the design process for a giga program in Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a first-of-its-kind project that aims to deliver world-class design and development projects in support of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the design process for multiple projects within the Giga Program, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure project requirements are met and design excellence is achieved.
• Develop and maintain project design budgets and schedules, ensuring effective resource allocation and project control.
• Monitor and ensure quality control throughout the design process, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Manage design changes and provide timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with design codes, regulations, and best practices, driving innovation and continuous improvement in the design process.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years proven experience as a Project Manager in design management, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience in managing design processes for infrastructure projects, with a focus on design leadership and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, codes, and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
