1. Assist the management of CPL Dept. to manage the Local logistic team, assign task and handle its daily work affairs.
2. Prepare estimated cost and ITB documents for various logistics projects, including OEM Spare Parts and equipment transportation, urgent materials transportation; Solar turbine overhaul logistics service; temporary vehicle & equipment renewal at customs;
3. Technical evaluation for various logistic bidding project;
4. Coordinate sea, air, DHL cargos unloading and arrange gate pass for delivery driver;
5. Check Air freight and sea freight clearance customs invoice;
6. Assist Baghdad employees apply authorization letter and other correspondence;
7. Assist colleagues in Beijing apply chemicals import license and other materials application for tax exemption;
8. Manage the attendance and performance of local assistant;
9. Tracking international procurement logistic status;
10. Make payment for logistic service contract or order;
11. Reply MdOC letter regarding logistics issue;
12. Complete dailyweekly monthly report and other daily work.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 5 years of experience
• English level skilled
• Computer level skilled
• International trade Logistics experience
• International logistics work experience
• To be healthy physically and mentally
