About Our Client
Project Manager - East-Flanders - Construction
• As a Project Manager you are responsible for developing and managing projects from A-Z in Belgium.
• You guard the budgets in order to realize the project optimally within the set deadlines and cost estimates.
• You closely monitor the execution deadlines and site and adjust where necessary.
• You are responsible for guaranteeing the safety, quality and environmental guidelines.
• You make clear agreements with the client, your own people and subcontractors and ensure that they are met.
• You work closely with various internal departments.

Project Manager - East-Flanders - Construction

The Successful Applicant
Project Manager - East-Flanders - Construction
• Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• Several years of relevant project management experience.
• Technical knowledge, ideally in concrete construction
• Knowledge of contract management
• Proactive attitude, capable of managing multiple projects successfully.
• Strong teamwork ethos, decisiveness, and an exemplary ability to prioritize tasks.
• Self-organized and disciplined with a focus on safe working environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication in English.
