Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance sales.Establish productive and professional relationships with brokers network. Negotiate and close agreements.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.Report on sales results to senior management. A successful 'Account Manager' should have:A strong educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.Proven experience in a sales role within the insurance industry.An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
