Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Acquisition Business Control Manager to optimize our Cost Per Acquisition (CPA). With the support of 3 business controllers & revenue assurance specialists under your supervision, you will:
• provide economic and financial analysis needed for the operational and strategic management of the company.
• be accountable for producing acquisition financial results, responsible for the budget and forecast processes on cost per acquisition (CPA), advise the sales structure in order to maximize profitability and optimize each investment.
• be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to safeguard the organization's revenue streams, minimize financial losses, and enhance overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• CPA analysis: gathering information, producing studies and reports, setting up and measuring KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, to influence decision making.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with Sales channels to proactively address financial topics and align strategies.
• Financial Advisory: Advise the Finance Director and other members of the Management Team on how to reduce cost per acquisition.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Manage the reporting exercises (actual, forecast, budget) and actively engage in the production, analysis and commentary. Design the processes and the controlling tools in conjunction with the Management Team: reporting tools, indicators, KPIs, dashboards and controlling tools.
• Revenue Assurance: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue assurance strategy to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all revenue-related transactions.
• Error/Fraud detection: Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities in the organization's revenue processes, including billing errors, fraud, and revenue leakage. Implement controls and measures to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
• A degree in Business, Finance, Audit, or related field (e.g., MSc).
• First successful experience as manager or team leader
• 5 to 10 years of experience in finance and/or revenue assurance.
• Bilingual in French-English or Dutch-English preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
