This role is based in the British Virgin Islands, and applicants must already be located on the islands, or are planning to return there
Our client is seeking a seasoned Executive Legal Assistant with a background in corporate and commercial legal environments (7+ years of experience) to manage and enhance daily operations. This role involves client communication, operational management, and direct involvement in the coordination of their virtual teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced legal tech environment.
Applicants must have a strong understanding of corporate law, commercial agreements, intellectual property, and legal processes, with the ability to communicate legal information to clients in a simple, accessible manner
