The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. This individual will have strong values, excellent leadership skills and high integrity/honesty in everything they do.
Responsibilities
• Support the CEO and President of the Company
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Manage day-to-day operations and activities within the office
• Schedule and confirm meetings
• Accounting functions to including Accounts Payable
• Manage employee’s payroll and expense reports and commissions
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
• Honest, trustworthy and dependable with excellent work ethic and high integrity
• Strong sales and accounting background
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• HR knowledge and experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Excel, PowerPoint
