Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Operations Manager at CustomerHD. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day activities of the call center, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing operations, utilizing analytical skills, and implementing workforce management strategies to optimize performance.
