Employment Type: This is a full-time position.

Grade: This is a grade 2 position.

Location: This role is based in Islamabad, Pakistan (Hybrid)

About the role:

As an AM Segments, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the Segments strategy and Portfolio, which will enable the sales & distribution team to improve business health

Your Impactful Goals will include:

• Support in development of prepaid segment strategy

• Identifying opportunity areas in our existing product portfolio

• Conceive and develop new products to enhance customer engagement and revenues

• Align product portfolio and customer communication to grow engagement

• Planning and coordinating products, and interdepartmental product management. Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

• Perform in-depth analysis of product-wise subscribers

• Create a granular level dashboard to support in more surgical interventions

Your Typical Day will look like:

Perform in-depth study and build strong understanding of assigned Commercial Business Unit’s working, processes and Key

Performance Indicators.

• Maintaining and updating key data statistics through dashboards to help identify areas of concern and opportunity

• Keeping a close eye on subscription trends and highlighting areas of actionability

• Foreseeing the challenges and its impacts on business and suggesting ways to overcome these challenges

• Identify new areas for improvement and operational efficiency

• Maintaining subscriber profiles on offers, i.e., the types of subscribers who are new/rollover/leavers

• Pre & Post Analysis on subscription uptake and subscriber behavior based on changes made

• Perform adhoc analysis on different subscriber categories or offers

• Building and keeping track of Segments Roadmap and Go-to-Market plans

• Special project planning and executions

Your Career Path:

Lateral or Vertical growth in BI & Analytics, Brands, Pricing, Segments, Channel

What we're looking for:

Education: Minimum Bachelors, Masters Preferred

Work experience: 1-3 years

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

• Should be able to convert raw data into presentable and useful information.

• Should have strong quantitative & analytical skills

• Should be able to analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problems

• Process oriented approach towards problem solving

• Should possess sufficient telecom business knowledge

• Have good communication & presentation skills

• Be a strong team player

• Ability to work well in a pressure situation, Self-motivated and flexible

• Organized and can manage several projects and/or activities at a time
