Job Title: Proposal Writer
Job Type: Full time on-site
Location: NSTP - NUST
Company: SkyLift Marketing
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (10AM - 7PM)
Experience: Fresh to 1 Year
Job Summary:
We at Skylift Marketing are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the business development process and excel in client acquisition, stat maintenance, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for writing winning proposals, maintaining communication with potential clients, and optimizing our portfolio and profiles based on feedback and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regularly track and maintain statistics related to proposals, including win/loss rates, response times, and client feedback. Prepare and present reports to monitor performance and ensure continuous improvement in proposal success rates.
• Create compelling and customized proposals that align with client requirements and business goals to secure new contracts. Identify opportunities for client acquisition through various platforms and networks.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and follow-ups through direct messages and emails to build strong relationships and secure contracts. Maintain professional and effective communication with all potential clients.
• Conduct thorough analyses of previous proposals to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure proposal content remains competitive and aligned with best practices.
• Collect feedback from clients and stakeholders to refine and optimize our portfolio and profile for better visibility and client engagement. Implement changes based on feedback to ensure continued growth and alignment with market demands.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in proposal writing and client acquisition will be preferred.
• Educational qualification - Bachelors
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Upwork, Fiver, or similar is a plus
