Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring of talent.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a supportive and positive work environment.
• Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies; support the development and communication of HR policies.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of more than 3 years as an HR Specialist specifically in a BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
