Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Workforce Manager to oversee and optimize our workforce operations. Responsibilities include tracking labor time using daily, weekly, and monthly measurements to ensure efficient staffing levels and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Additionally, the Workforce Manager will collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and implement strategies to meet business objectives. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage and motivate the workforce.
Qualifications
Experience with Workforce
Optimisation software is a plus
Computer proficient
With high communication skills
Preferably with a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
