You will need to place maximum Container Trucks from Fleet Owners from Ex- Delhi NCR/ Maharashtra/ Punjab/ Uttrakhand/ Karnataka or any other metro city.

As a Traffic Manager at Tender Truck, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of logistics technology and helping us drive meaningful impact in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Fleet Owner Negotiation: Negotiate with fleet owners to secure favorable rates and ensure optimal utilization of their vehicles.
• Load Placement: Strategically place loads to ensure maximum utilization of fleet vehicles and minimize empty miles *EX Delhi NCR, Uttrakhand, Maharashtra, Punjab, Karnataka*
• Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including load scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Data Analysis: Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Route Optimization: Utilize your expertise in route-rate knowledge to optimize transportation routes and maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Direct experience in the logistics technology or freight brokerage space is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in traffic management or similar roles, with a strong understanding of route optimization principles.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with fleet owners.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) or related software is a plus.
• Passion for innovation and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the logistics industry
