Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A law degree or specialization in immigration law is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. immigration processes, with a focus on employment-based immigration.
• Experience managing visa applications, including H-1B, L-1, and green card processes.
• Experience working with government agencies like USCIS and the Department of Labor.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal matters clearly to employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with immigration tracking systems and software.
• Certifications: Immigration law certification or related credentials (optional, but beneficial).
