RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect each outlet daily to ensure facilities are in good condition
• Lead maintenance team members to rectify defects at all outlets
• Check and approve for monthly duty roster for maintenance team
• Liaise with contractor for any maintenance works (major or minor) for outlets
• Liaise with operations to keep track and monitor all the defect works, and ensure the defects are rectified
• In-charge for outstation outlets major maintenance works
• Monitor and rectify all Internal Work Order from all outlets
• Liaise with Building Management and Landlord for any inspections works carried out
• Review and evaluate quotations from supplier / vendor / contractor before proceed any maintenance works
• Verify works done by supplier / vendor / contractor
• Consult maintenance team member for any critical maintenance works
• Updating and reporting to management team regarding to major / critical maintenance works

For the main requirements as below:

1. Fluent in English

2. Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position

3. Have a good attitude

4. Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles

5. Time and project management skills

6. Experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing

7. Indonesian citizen only
