Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the above mentioned position which has arisen at AGRIFOODS (Harare)
The Job.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will, among other key challenging aspects, be responsible for:-
1. Supervising merchandisers and Sales and Distribution Supervisor
2. Sourcing new business and follow up on potential customers
3. Visiting customers and evaluating feed performance
4. Attending farmers meetings and Agricultural shows
5. Distributing of new product samples and giving product advice
6. Providing technical advice to customers
The person.
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and
attributes: –
1. 5 ‘O’ levels including English plus STEM subjects 2. Degree in Animal Science from a reputable institution
3. At least 2 years experience
4. Computer literate
5. Clean Class 4 driver’s licence a must.
6. Diploma in Sales and Marketing would be an added advantage
7. Fluency in local languages.
