ABC Motors Co Ltd is looking for a store clerk:
Duties:
• Responsible for the efficient day to day running of the buffer store and daily inventory
• Keeping and maintaining records of stock items /materials received and issued.
• Preparing store management reports
• Updating and monitoring of Bin Cards
• Ensure & review proper re-order level of all stock items on an appropriate time basis.
• Ensuring delivering of materials, tools & equipment and reporting on any discrepancies noted and filling of records
• Proper monitoring and inventory of tools, materials and consumables
• To monitor, process and ensure that all invoices from suppliers are received within the shortest delay
• Preparing the re-order level of materials and to submit list to Workshop Officer/Operations Manager for purchase
• Responsible to maintain proper orderliness, classification, cleanliness in Buffer Store
QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE
• HSC
• Certificate in Store Management / Stock Handling would be an advantage
• At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar position in Automobile Sector
• Good Know-how of store management principles
