Our client, SWAN is recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join the Project Office. This role requires excellent analytical skills, solution design and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in the financial services sector would be a definite advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements gathering: Work closely with various stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements and needs.
• Data and information analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, develop strategies for implementing re-engineered processes, and lead initiatives to enhance business operations to achieve measurable benefits.
• Solution Design: Collaborate with other stakeholders and departments in the design and implementation of technology solutions that meet business needs.
• Projects : Actively participate in projects, with a focus on transformation aspects, to achieve lean and efficient business operations.
• Reporting: Design and recommend reports and dashboards to track business performance, support decision-making and monitor benefits realisation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all business processes and solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Management, IT or any other business-related field
• A Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma would be a definite advantage

Experiences
• A minimum of 2 years work experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Some experiences in projects environment would be a plus.

Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and go-getter.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL and BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
