Role Overview
The Senior Sales Support Lead is a key member of our sales department, responsible for fostering seamless communication, aligning strategy, and ensuring effective execution across various departments. This senior role requires a professional with deep strategic insight, strong end-to-end sales expertise, and the ability to support both inbound and outbound sales functions. A primary responsibility of the role is creating compelling proposals and responses to RFPs, showcasing Eastvantage’s services and solutions to maximize opportunities for new business. The Senior Sales Support Lead will play a critical role in driving successful sales campaigns and creating a high-performance environment within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal Writing & Development
• Create Persuasive Proposals: Develop proposals that effectively convey Eastvantage’s solutions, capabilities, and value to potential clients.
• Client Requirement Analysis: Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs thoroughly to address all client-specific needs in proposals.
• Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, IT, HR) to gather information needed for detailed, accurate proposals.
• Competitive Positioning: Emphasize Eastvantage’s strengths, such as cost efficiency, technological capabilities, and industry expertise, to set us apart from competitors.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all proposals meet high standards, adhere to company branding, and follow client guidelines.
• Pricing Strategy Collaboration: Partner with finance and operations to create pricing strategies that are competitive while meeting profitability targets.
• Project Management: Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, meeting client-imposed deadlines without compromising quality.
2. Outbound Sales Team Coordination
• Central Campaign Coordinator: Serve as the primary coordinator of Eastvantage’s outbound sales campaigns, ensuring the team is fully equipped with relevant scripts, email templates, and resources for successful execution.
• Script and Template Provision: Supply the outbound sales team with tailored scripts for calls and effective email templates, ensuring they are well-prepared for outreach.
• Campaign Development Contribution: Actively contribute to the development and refinement of outbound sales campaigns, aiming to achieve company goals.
• KPI Management: Monitor and manage the KPIs of each outbound sales agent, tracking performance to ensure targets are met.
• Regular Management Reporting: Generate and deliver regular performance reports to management, providing valuable insights on campaign progress and agent productivity.
• Can-Do Attitude: Exhibit a proactive, solutions-driven approach, ensuring all necessary resources are available to achieve results effectively.
3. General Support to the Sales Team
• Sales Documentation Oversight: Organize and maintain a comprehensive collection of sales collateral, contract templates, and pricing templates, keeping them up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
• CRM System Superuser: Act as the superuser for HubSpot, the CRM tool, optimizing its use for the sales team. Responsibilities include managing configurations, maintaining data integrity, training team members on best practices, and ensuring CRM alignment with sales goals.
• Team Leadership and Support: Provide robust support to the sales team, enhancing their effectiveness in creating proposals and closing deals.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary link between departments, gathering essential information before sales and sharing critical insights both before and after transactions to streamline workflow and enhance client experience.
Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal writing, sales support, or a related role, ideally within the BPO sector.
• Language: Excellent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a collaborative work ethic.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO services and industry trends is highly desirable.
• Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot. Familiarity with tools like Lemlist, Lusha, and Sales Navigator is a plus, along with experience using proposal software
