Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Operation Manager at Sky Town Cafe in Al Maḩallah al Kubrá, Al Gharbiyah, Egypt. The Cafe Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing profitability.
Qualifications
• 10 Years Experience in food and beverage management, operations, and customer service
• Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
