The Swim Instructor will assist both adults and children develop their swimming skills in a fast-paced atmosphere. A typical day for a Swim Instructor can consist of having fun teaching a life skill to our youngest members as well as assessing members' swimming abilities to establish the appropriate swim level. The Swim Instructor will also assist in keeping our Aquatics Facilities clean and orderly.

Qualifications:
• They are counting on their teacher to attend all of their scheduled classes over the semester. As a result, it's critical that no one misses any lessons. All ensconces should be communicated to the parents in advance to the best of one's ability.
• Students taking group or individual swimming lessons should be evaluated and instructed to improve water safety and swimming abilities in accordance with the company's standards, and progress reports should be provided to each student at the conclusion of each lesson session..
• Members, visitors, coworkers, and your boss all want you to act responsibly, respectfully, compassionately, and honestly at all times. Think about how you're going to develop your characters.
• Ensure aquatics spaces are "show-ready" for members at all times, including cleaning and storing equipment and instructional aids after each shift.
• You are in charge of maintaining a running inventory of all the swimming materials and equipment and determining whether or not more supplies are required 15 minutes before teaching sessions begin (or longer, if necessary).
• Update your Acac software often so that you can effectively reply to questions from members and guests. Knowledge of the water's regulations and ability to explain them to members and guests are two essential skills for this position.
• We expect all of our stakeholders, including members and visitors, to act in a manner consistent with the portions of our Standards dedicated to the treatment of people, places, and programs. to help organize Club aquatic activities and programs that are particularly relevant to members' interests
• Responsible for class preparation; creates lesson plans, organizes teaching equipment; may be expected to put up and tear down instructional items.
• Providing feedback on stroke strategies and training that is tailored to the level of skill and experience of groups of six people or children.
• Assists the participant in a private swimming lesson by planning and directing the session in accordance with the participant's current level of swimming ability and desired degree of improvement.

Skills:
• This position requires at least two years of experience dealing with children, especially those under the age of 18, as a swim teacher and the ability to communicate effectively with students.
• No formal schooling is required for this employment. One to three months of swim training experience is essential. Must be able to swim and perform taught skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to engage with participants in a positive, service-oriented way. Must be able to multitask and keep a professional attitude.
• It is suggested that applicants have at least a high school diploma, 16 years old is the minimum age requirement. The applicant must be able to pass a swimming skills exam and must be certified in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and automated external defibrillation within the first three months of employment.
• Every employee in the company must be able to do all of their duties. Skills and abilities that are required are detailed in the next section
