MSP and RPO operational services are the responsibility of the Implementation Consultant. Stakeholders should be included in the process of collecting needs and creating future state process maps. System setup should be tested in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. The Implementation Consultant may setup manually. Program adoption activities will be overseen and a Change Strategy Plan will be developed by the Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant works closely with all project teams to verify that the proposed solution fulfills specific workstream requirements and benefits the whole MSP solution.. 3 to 5 years of direct consulting or process improvement experience.

Qualifications:
• As part of the implementation process, deliver the required company solution by configuring company solutions to meet customer needs. This lets the company deliver a solution that works well for each customer, creating value and making the most of growth opportunities.
• Explain the benefits of client tools and consultations, such as empowerment, communication, change management and technical advice.
• Prepare for the introduction of a new process by testing new scripts, workflows, or other solutions beforehand. Coordination of projects is needed for more intricate account settings to guarantee a successful conclusion
• WBSs and a detailed plan (i.e., milestones) are used to ensure that the project is finished on schedule and at the required standard.
• Making sure that the consumer is aware of the planned completion dates for each step is crucial.
• The goal of SMEs working together is to influence other processes and system priorities by collaborating between functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) from the business side (internal and external).
• Take a look out for clients who aren't utilizing the service as frequently as they should be, and assist them get back into the habit.
• planning software projects, like figuring out what needs to be done, how much money and people are needed, setting deadlines, making communication plans, and deciding what kind of testing and maintenance will be done.
• Stakeholder groups get weekly status briefings on project accomplishments, plans for the next week, and issues needing management and stakeholder attention.

Skills:
• The candidate must have at least five years of expertise in the areas of implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, relationship development, and change management.
• Accountable for ensuring that the configuration is accurate in accordance with business and technical requirements, which includes, but is not limited to, completing end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading user testing, documenting and tracking test results, and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly.
• Recognizes a great deal of responsibility for project completion; good information-sharing abilities; requires little supervision from a senior manager.
• Partners with functional and technical experts (both inside and outside the company) to come up with different technical or business solutions. Gives advice on options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and how they will affect other business processes and system priorities.
