TERALIFE is a leading healthcare facilitation firm. We are expanding our team in the Bujumbura region and are seeking a motivated Medical Sales Representative to join our team. Recent graduate doctors can also apply.

Responsibilities:
• Outreach and Relationship Building:
• Conduct outreach to surgeons, specialists, and healthcare providers in the Bujumbura region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and healthcare facilities
• Organize programs with doctors for engagement and education.
• Sales and Target Achievement:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
• Follow up with doctors for referrals
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase patient referrals.
• Travel and Representation:
• Represent TERALIFE at medical conferences, events, and meetings
• Travel across East Africa to meet with healthcare providers and potential partners.
• Diligence and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed daily records of interactions with medical professionals
• Provide regular reports on outreach activities and progress towards sales targets.
• Client Coorination:
• Follow leads generated through various platforms
• Focus on conversion through meetings, treatment plan presentation
• Organize virtual and OPD camps in the assigned region

Requirements:
• Sales Experience - Minimum 2 Years
• Fluency in English
• Strong existing relationship with specialists and surgeons in Oncology, Cardiology, Neurology, Urology, Gastroeneterlogy, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare or medical tourism industry
• Graduate in any field, preferably in healthcare, medicine and related fields
• Network: Must have an established network of specialists and surgeons in the Bujumbura region
• Language: Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Docs
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Diligent, organized, and detail-oriented
• Open to travel across Burundi and East Africa.
