Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Production Manager to lead our production team.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the fiberglass production process to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor production workflow and manage the production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of production workers, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
