We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Director, Qatar Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of multiple programs in Qatar, including the F-15 and Apache programs. This will involve managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the senior leader in country, supporting a team of over 350 employees across five programs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a strong background in leadership and strategic planning. They will also need to have experience working with government programs and international customers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
