Job Title: Style Advisor

The Style Advisor is a key role within our team, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This involves building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their style and preferences, and providing personalized advice to exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Relationship Building: Identify customer needs, tailor services to their style, and build relationships to drive sales and customer loyalty.
• Product Expertise: Meet customers' needs, advise on outfit choices, and assist with fittings to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a well-organized and engaging store environment, ensuring customers enjoy a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Sales and Customer Growth: Drive sales volume and customer relationships through product expertise and trend spotting.
• Client Acquisition and Retention: Build a loyal client base by adding new clients and developing relationships with existing ones.
• Alterations and Pricing: Assist with taking accurate measurements, assign prices, and coordinate alterations as needed.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 3 years of experience in fashion retail and customer service
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, fluency in English, and strong communication skills
• Competencies: Relationship building, customer focus, planning and organizing, communication skills, commercial understanding, attention to detail, and cultural awareness
