LGV Class 1 Vac Tanker Drivers (Non ADR Tankers) - Utilities Company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HGV Class 1 Vacuum Tanker Driver to work ongoing for our prestigious utilities client primarily from their site in Kendal. This position would ideally suit someone seeking part time/flexible work looking for between 3 and 5 shifts per week (possibly more), ideally who has the flexibility to sometimes also work out of Barrow and Lancaster.
The work involves driving an Articulated HGV Class 1 Vehicle and the operation of a Vacuum Tanker. Full induction and training will be given to the right candidate. Normal working patterns are days but you might sometimes be asked to assist on the late shift.
Successful applicants can expect to earn between £13.54 and £27.08 per hour as well as accruing up to 28 day’s paid holiday per annum.
You must have the following:
• HGV Class 1 Licence with less than 6 penalty points
• A Full Drivers CPC card
• Digital Tachograph Card is essential
• Previous Tanker Experience is advantageous but not essential
This is an exciting opportunity to work on an ongoing, working directly for our prestigious Utilities client.
