Rental Sales Agent
Responsibilities:
• Maintain professional contact with both local and international customers
• Independently manage contract processing for vehicle rentals
• Provide active advice and sell additional services
• Perform administrative tasks related to car rental operations
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by exceeding their needs and expectations
• Inspect vehicles before and after each rental to assess their condition and report any damages
Qualifications:
• Experience in the service industry and/or customer service is preferred
• Open to career changers with a strong willingness to learn
• Strong team spirit and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to work in alternating shifts
• Valid class B driving license
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work independently, responsibly, and with foresight
