Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and update customer information.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Support the negotiation process with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance sales performance.
• Prepare reports on sales metrics and provide insights for improvement.

• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
