Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and manage roadmap and execution of software test architecture, test plans, test case, test management and test documentations
Work closely with Product Managers and Business Unit to plan testing strategy and test case/plans based on Product needs, requirements and change requests
Work closely with IT/InfoSec to plan testing strategy and test plans based on Security Requirements in AirAsia and industry best practices
Ability to identify & develop test specification, trace test results to quality risk.
Troubleshooting any errors and streamlining the testing procedures.
Validate test SW releases, including repeatability and negative testing, UAT testing, smoke testing and full feature testing on Front-End side of the chatbot
Help with generating various types of testing for developer and product’s own testing
Perform troubleshooting and debugging test systems and automation solutions from a frontend and backend perspective
Work closely with other functional groups (Product Manager and other Line of Business) to bring the test systems development from the R&D stage all the way through test automations before software feature can be automatically deployed into various development environments
Become a first-line support, together with Product Team in troubleshooting & verification of issues and lodging bugs into the backlog
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years experience in
Experience in developing test plans, test case and help with test management, test process/sop and testing strategy for a team or product
Experience with UI testing, test automation and batch scripting
Experience with software that / process can be used to assist on testing such as Postman, Selenium, Jenkins, Test Complete, Appium
Experience with data transfer protocols, such as SOAP, REST, or sockets, gPRC to test and automate API use case testing
Experience various test methodologies such as black box testing, coded ui test
Some experience in either of the following language - Python, JS, or Go Lang
Preferable Requirements
Preferable knowledge of cloud and infra technologies such as Virtual Machine, Docker, Container, Cloud SQL, Memory Cache, Scheduler, etc.
Preferable experience in load and stress test
Professional Certifications on test such as ISTQB Level 1
