JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualization/ Ideation for the local community and region-wide execution
• Creation of Visual Display Plans/Mockups & tailored for each mall.
• Manpower management must be equipped to manage Housekeeping and Special Units on-site for campaigns, inventory, and upkeep of branded assets.
• Will coordinate with suppliers for various mall needs (vendor management)
• Keen on asset management
• Adept at visual aesthetics, and can do set-ups and visual display execution (mall installations, beautification, in-mall collaterals, perimeter ads, storefront merchandising, interior, and exterior non -structural designs)
• Has experience in editing, and doing mock-ups and renders.
• Womb to Tomb approach – concept, renders/mockups, budget, execution, post report.
• Will do meetings and presentations with tenants, suppliers, vendors, customers, and other partners.
• Administrative tasks as assigned per mall.
• Will assist and align with the Marketing Officers on various aesthetics of each mall.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
• Graduate of Design, Visual Arts, Liberal Arts, or similar, from a reputable institution.
• With at least 2 years of work experience.
• Adept in basic editing programs for mock-ups or renders.
• Must be able to present ideas using visuals and swatches.
• Able to work in a diverse team, as a collaborator
• Experience in events, OOH, and other print media (conceptualization, installation, dismantling)
• Must be familiar with various materials for fabrication, printing, and installation purposes
• Knowledgeable in the visual arts industry, up-to-date with trends and current industry practices
• Highly resilient and agile
• Can work under pressure
• Has good communication and presentation skills
• Candidate must be willing to work in Davao City
