Your opportunity
Sidel is looking for an Installation Site Manager to manage and coordinate the execution of on-site activities at Customers' sites. The position is open in Almaty and the area of intervention will be mainly central Asia. This role will give you the chance to join an international team who is charge of securing the successfull installation and start-up of Sidel's machines.
Your Mission
• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers
• Ensure deliverables and meet stakeholders’ requirements while complying with Sidel processes
• Actively drive on-site activities preparation and needs definition (resources' skills, means, Hygiene, Security, Environment) for the assigned New Equipment Projects to be executed, within the baselined cost and schedule
Your Profile
• Experience in site activities management
• Experience in the beverage industry
• Technical background
• Able to travel (up to 80%)
• Bachelor degree in Engineering is a plus
• English
• Russian
