Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Instrument Procedure Consultant (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.
Job Description
• Reviews the outcomes of Reliability Centered Maintenance study
• Provides Subject Matter Expert input to RCM study if required
• Reviews the RoK oil & gas industry regulatory requirements for Instrumentation equipment operation and maintenance. Implements them in his/ her work
• Reviews Instrumentation technical documentation and operations manuals. Uses them when developing Instrumentation Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan
• Develops Instrumentation PM plan
• Agrees and aligns PM plan with other discipline SMEs
• Defines a list of equipment which requires development of Standard Repair Procedures (SRP)
• Check’s quality and comments on SRPs developed by Competency Development Group (CDG)
• Creation of initial maintenance procedures and work instructions using vendor manuals, industry procedures supplied by other experts as required by the functions in line with internationally accepted standard
• Strong hands-on experience and ability to develop and evaluate procedures on the actual equipment to ensure procedures are effective, complete, and correct, including test/troubleshooting procedures and removaleplacement procedures
• Examines technical documentation and manuals for instrumentation and control equipment of the Project and applies them in the development of production procedures
• Responsible for coordinating the process of developing and reviewing procedures in the I&C department
• Searches for manufacturers’ documentation (Vendor) of new instrumentation and control equipment
Requirements:
• Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty
• Work experience: 3-5 years and more in appropriate area or High potential fresh graduated students with or without work experience
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian and English
• MS Office (Excel, Word); E1
