Hiring --- Incentive travel specialist (Inbound) in a tour operator company handling incentive tours
Mode - WFO
Location - Delhi (Kalkaji)
• Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and travel expectations for incentive tours.
• Help develop itineraries, quotes, and proposals tailored to clients' requirements.
• Attend client meetings, assist in presentations, and help maintain positive client relationships.
• Communicate with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors to secure reservations, bookings, and special arrangements for incentive tours.
• Assist in scheduling activities, accommodations, and transfers for incentive groups
• Negotiate rates and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible experience for clients.
• Coordinate special requests, exclusive experiences, events, or unique activities.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, invoicing, and financial reports related to incentive tours.
• Handling last-minute changes or issues that arise during the trip.
• Address client concerns, supplier issues, or unexpected changes in the itinerary
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in incentive tours
• Assist in sales activities to attract new clients and upsell additional services.
Skill Requirements
• Experience in handling incentive tour (inbound) in a tour operator company
• Extensive product knowledge of India and sub continent.
• Having go getter attitude
• Partnership Management
• Creative itinerary design, quoting & sales.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Experience in hosting Team- work and being autonomous when required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
Experience
• 5-10 years of experience working in tour operator/destination management company with handling incentive tours (inbound) /account handling/client handling in a tour operator/destination management company
Education background
• Bachelors/masters/diploma in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality/Sales / marketing
Salary - 40,000 - 60,000 pm
