Required Attributes : 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or business development, preferably in multi-site management.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of healthcare facility compliance and licensing requirements & willingness to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities: Lead the opening of new Centers across India from site selection to final operational setup.
Collaborate with real estate, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
Oversee the construction, interior design, and facility management teams.
Coordinate with marketing and local outreach teams to create awareness before the center's launch.
Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics for each new center opening.
