Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage recruitment programs and strategies.

• Represent the company well to candidates and uphold high ethical standards.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to analyze recruitment data.
• Experience in managing projects and leading a team.
• Proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
• High standards of professionalism and customer service.
• Understanding of business operations and industry trends.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
