Position:** Site Coordinator

Reports To:** Operations Manager
Overview:
We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Site Coordinators to join our team for upcoming projects with Chinese clients. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth site operations, effective communication, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Site Operations Management:**
- Oversee daily activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate work schedules for site employees and subcontractors, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained.
Communication Facilitation:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the site team and the client, facilitating clear and effective communication in both English and Chinese.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports on site progress, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage site documentation, including contracts, permits, and safety reports, ensuring all records are up to date and accessible.
- Assist in budgeting, invoicing, and procurement of site materials as needed.
Team Coordination:
- Foster a collaborative work environment, guiding and supporting team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project updates, safety protocols, and performance evaluations.
Quality Control and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards on-site, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Address any site-related issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in English and Chinese, or a related field.
Experience:
- Previous experience in site coordination or project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering projects is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Personal Attributes:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project needs.

Work Environment:
- This position requires working on-site at various locations, which may involve travel and varying hours depending on project requirements.
