BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE AND SUPPORT ANALYST: ICT SECTION – GRADE 10 (1POST)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB SUMMARY
Engages departments in developing a plan to achieve efficient, integrated systems across all Council’s Departments.
Gives expertise knowledge when acquiring a third-party software or services.
Develops and manages business intelligence solutions for the organisation.
Participates in Information and Communication Technology projects, reviews and implementations.
Rolls out upgrades and enhancements of products.
Qualifications Requirements
A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
A clean class 4 drivers’ licence.
At least 4 years experience in a similar work environment.
