Job Summary:
The Agency Officer will undertake all business
development activities to ensure that the set sales targets are achieved. The
jobholder will also recruit, develop and manage sales teams as will be guided by
the sales manager and undertake any other responsibilities as will be guided
from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The ideal candidate should be in possession of a bachelors degree
in any field or its equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in sales.
• Experience in life insurance sales or financial services will be of
an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal and business relationship skills
• Must have Strong Analytical and management skills.
