OverviewPosition: Pharmacy Technician (Grade K)Grace Community Health Centre is a rural CHAM health centre located between Mvera and Salima that provides OPD and maternal services.Salary: Within the salary scale of Grade KAccommodation: Not provided. Employee is responsible for finding accommodation.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Dispense prescription medication and other medical products to patients under direction medical staff with prescription authorityProvide excellent customer serviceCount pills, label bottles, prices and compounds medications to prepare prescriptions for patients as directedPerform pharmacy administrative dutiesMaintain proper drug storage and securityProvide patients and guardians with information and education of prescriptionTake inventory of drugs on hand and maintain recordsPlace orders for additional drugsPrepare billing information for medicationAny other duties that may be assigned from time to time by managementOn call for emergencies.QualificationsDiploma in PharmacyRegistration and renewal with the Pharmacy, Medicines, and Poisons BoardMSCE.Method of ApplicationQualified candidates should submit all of the following documents to apply:CVCover letterCopy of DiplomaCopy of MSCECopy of Pharmacy Board RegistrationCopy of Pharmacy Board proof of renewalCopy of National IDHard copies can be submitted to the Human Resources Manager.
