Job Summary:
The HR Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Human Resources function for TRIGO Morocco. This includes driving HR strategies, ensuring operational excellence in all HR services, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role requires managing the full scope of HR responsibilities, from talent acquisition and payroll management to employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The HR Senior Manager will also oversee a geographically dispersed team and support site-level HR agents in providing localized HR services. In addition, the HR Senior Manager will play a key role in enhancing employer branding and developing strategic talent initiatives to support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with TRIGO’s business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director - North Africa to ensure that HR initiatives support business goals and regional growth plans.
- Lead organizational development efforts, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, and employee engagement across the organization.
• Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to ensure the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to execute high-volume recruitment efforts and maintain a talent pipeline.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen TRIGO’s employer brand and enhance visibility in the market.
• Strategic Talent Development:
- Design and implement strategic talent development programs aimed at upskilling employees and fostering leadership readiness.
- Work with department heads to assess training needs and develop relevant programs.
- Drive succession planning efforts to ensure key roles are filled by internal talent.
• Payroll & HR Administration:
- Supervise the Payroll & Admin Manager in managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with Moroccan labor laws.
- Ensure that HR administrative processes, including contracts, employee records, and compliance documentation, are well managed.
• Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Lead efforts to maintain strong employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
- Oversee interactions with employee representatives and manage disputes or litigation when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR leadership in a multinational or multi-site environment.
- Proven experience in employer branding and strategic talent development.
- Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll administration.
• Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to manage complex employee relations and legal issues.
