Job Description
• Carrying out loan appraisal, assessment, and loan processing.
• Preparing daily group status reports.
• Customer screening, recruitment, and training.
• Service delivery through group and customer visits
• Managing risks to achieve a quality portfolio.
• Carrying out market analysis to identify potential customers.
• Ensuring data entry accuracy.
Qualifications
• Over 2 years’ experience working as a Loan officer.
• Diploma/Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of riding (Motorcycle) experience.
• Good Communication skills
• Excellent organizing abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Great with numbers and figures.
• Good digital literacy skills.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: Associate Degree
