ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks the services of a Strategic Information (SI) Director in Angola. The Strategic Information Director will provide will provide overall leadership, management and technical direction on SI-related activities for all projects managed by ICAP in Angola and will ensure that all SI activities are planned and implemented in consistency with ICAP’s SI program, and expectations set by donors, the INLS and other governmental entities in Angola.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of high-quality SI systems for HIV/AIDS programs, projects, and activities, or a related area in low-resource settings.
