Our client is seeking a seasoned Employee Engagement Manager with 8-12 years of experience to lead our employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop strategies to enhance workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and retention, fostering a high-performance environment aligned with our organizational values. The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive impactful engagement programs while addressing the unique needs of diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance the workplace environment and increase employee satisfaction.
• Develop, plan, and manage programs that foster employee recognition, well-being, and personal growth.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment of engagement initiatives with company goals and culture.
• Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback, analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead internal communication efforts ensuring consistent and transparent messaging across all levels.
• Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and employee development programs.
• Work closely with department heads to address engagement-related challenges and create action plans for improvement.
• Track, measure, and report the effectiveness of engagement programs using KPIs and other metrics.
• Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring an inclusive workplace for all employees.
Qualifications
• 8-12 years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or related fields, preferably in a large or multinational organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Technical And Behavioural Skills
• Experience in change management and cultural transformation.
• Familiarity with employee engagement platforms and tools.
• Experience in implementing wellness programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful engagement strategies.
• Strong understanding of employee satisfaction drivers, workplace culture, and organizational behaviour.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Experience managing budgets and working within allocated resources.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
