Job Title: Técnico de AC
At Open Mind, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Técnico de AC to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Expertise: You will have extensive experience in brazing pipes, replacing compressors, gas refilling, testing, repair, and general service knowledge of AC, refrigerators, and chest freezers.
• Workshop and Customer On-Site Repair Experience: You will have a proven track record of working in a workshop environment and providing on-site repair services to customers.
• AC Repair and Maintenance Experience: You will have experience in repairing and maintaining split inverter, non-inverter, cassette, and commercial AC systems.
• Documentation and Reporting: You will be responsible for handling job cards, necessary repair and maintenance documentation, and reporting on inspected customer goods.
• Communication and Teamwork: You will have excellent professional communication and explanation skills with customers and team members.
• Quality Control: You will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the AC mounting process to ensure consistent efficiency and quality.
• Customer Complaints: You will receive and effectively manage faulty customer complaints, providing detailed quotations for repairs.
• Repair and Maintenance Standards: You will carry out repairs on air conditioners in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Product Quality: You will supervise and guarantee product quality at all stages of production, identifying and correcting possible faults.
• Spare Parts Management: You will ensure that spare parts are always adequately stocked to avoid interruptions in production.
• Team Collaboration: You will collaborate proactively with the sales, customer, and production teams to ensure harmony between commercial and factory objectives.
• Record Keeping: You will keep accurate and up-to-date records of all activities related to AC production and repair.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: You will have a medium level of English understanding.
• Technical Training: You will have technical training in Air Conditioning or a related field.
• Experience: You will have proven experience in assembling and repairing air conditioning, refrigerators, and chest freezers systems.
• Quality and Safety Standards: You will have solid knowledge of quality and safety standards related to AC production.
• Problem-Solving: You will have proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively.
• Communication and Teamwork: You will have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Results Orientation: You will have a results-oriented approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Computer Proficiency: You will have computer proficiency and familiarity with production management systems is an advantage
