Seeking experienced leader to manage Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) initiatives on a multi-billion-dollar project in Angola. Must be fluent in Chinese and have 5+ years of progressive experience in HSSE. Responsibilities include defining project HSSE objectives, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional qualifications include PMC experience with China-based EPC contractors and industrial construction background.
